Booking your journey with Airport Cars is easy!
We have designed our booking system to make it simple and straightforward, just follow the steps below. You will need a few details to hand to complete the booking, including your inbound flight number, mobile contact number and an email address.
If you are unable to make your booking online please give the office a call on 01202 287655 and we can take your booking over the phone, alternatively you can email all the details to info@airportcars.taxi.
1. Book your journey using our easy-to-use booking system
Choose your pick up address, destination and book your journey with ease using our online booking system for travel to any major airport, cruise port, train station or even if you required travel for personal or business trips.
2. Receive notifications about your journey
When booking your travel with us, we will keep you up-to-date with details and confirmation regarding your journey. You will receive email notifications and SMS text messages with updates about your journey along with reminders and Driver information.
3. Get picked up, then travel in comfort to your destination
Our experienced and fully licenced professional driver will collect you from your specified location and take you safely and comfortably to the destination of your choice.
When being collected from an airport or cruise port please make sure your mobile phone is switched on and our driver will make contact and pick you up from the easiest and most convenient location.
